The condition to Summon them from that hand has also changed, the 2-Tribute Toons now always need to Tribute 2 monsters, the 1-Tributes always need 1, and Toon Mermaid will never need a Tribute. You just need it to Summon them from the hand in the first place. Toons can now be Special Summoned from the Graveyard even if you do not control Toon World. Most of the stealth errata this time come from the Toons.
